1. The service
LamsaQR provides hosted business pages, digital menus, QR codes, offers and analytics for businesses in Qatar (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for content published under your username and for people you invite to your team.
3. Content
You keep ownership of your menus, images and text. You grant us a licence to host and display them on your page and, for paid listings, in the public directory. You must have the rights to everything you upload.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in QAR. Yearly plans equal ten monthly payments. Plan changes are prorated. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Listing fees are one-off and non-refundable once a listing is live.
5. Acceptable use
No illegal, misleading or offensive content, no impersonation and no abuse of the platform. We may suspend pages that break these rules or applicable law in Qatar.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last twelve months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify account owners by email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
